It's Ruunly's fee on online payments you collect through the platform. Starter is 2.5% (no cap). Pro is 1.5% capped at $118/mo. Growth is 0.75% capped at $258/mo. We only charge when you collect money — if you never collect a payment, you never pay more than your plan fee. It only applies to payments collected through Ruunly online billing: payments you record as cash or check, or sync from your own Square account, carry no platform fee. Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 processing is separate and goes directly to Stripe.
